Christina Mirzaie, Esq.

Christina’s legal approach is firmly rooted in a client-oriented perspective, driven by a belief in empowering individuals to challenge and hold corporations and insurance companies accountable. As an advocate for the underdog, she is dedicated to leveraging the legal system to effectuate meaningful change and ensure that justice is served. She is passionate about harnessing the power of the people to achieve impactful outcomes, demonstrating that with the right support and strategy, significant change is not only possible but within reach.

Christina Mirzaie is an Associate Attorney at Haig B. Kazandjian Lawyers, APC. Christina focuses her practice on litigating employment matters, such as Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), Class Actions, and Wrongful Termination. She also handles landlord-tenant habitability matters. Prior to joining HBK, Christina began her career prosecuting false advertising class actions in federal and California state court.

Christina received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School. While in law school, Christina placed first in the Intramural Trial Advocacy Competition for Best Brief Writer and received the CALI Excellence for Future Award in Legal Analysis Writing and Skills. Christina was also a teaching and research assistant for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Vice-President of the Women’s Law Association. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Law and Society from the University of California, Riverside. Prior to law school, Christina worked as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm.

In her spare time, Christina enjoys visiting hot springs, beach trips, and going on adventures with her rescue, Kova.

Christina is fluent in Spanish.
