David Van Pelt is a California employment law practitioner with 20+ years of experience representing both companies and employees in all aspects of employment law, including single-plaintiff matters, wage-hour class and collective action litigation, and advice and counsel. David has worked as an associate, special counsel, and partner at some of the nation’s premier employment law firms, including Paul Hastings and Sheppard Mullin. He is currently directing his primary focus to representing individuals in wage-hour and discrimination/wrongful termination matters.
David is a graduate of Davidson College and Duke University Law School.
